1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, booking an appointment, or communicating with us — including by phone or text message — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2) Our services

BH Builders is a general contracting and remodeling company serving the Denver metro. We provide kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, home additions, whole-home renovations, decks and outdoor living, roofing, exterior remodeling, and accessory dwelling units — along with free on-site estimates and the planning tools published on this site.

Estimates are ranges, not quotes. The calculators and cost guides here are planning tools built on Denver-metro pricing; they cannot see your actual house. Estimates, timelines and availability are subject to change, and a binding price comes only from a written proposal issued after we walk your property. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract.

3) Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate contact information. We use what you submit to reach you about your project — a wrong number or address costs us both time.
• Use the site lawfully. Don't misuse our systems, submit harmful or fraudulent content, scrape the site, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Forms are for genuine project inquiries. They aren't a channel for solicitation.
• Our content is ours. The text, photographs and illustrations on this site belong to BH Builders, and our project photos show our own work.

4) Calls & electronic communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically — email, phone and, if you opt in, SMS/MMS — consistent with your preferences and applicable law. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training where permitted by law.

5) Mobile messaging terms (SMS/MMS)

A) Program name. BH Builders Mobile Messaging Program.

B) Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from BH Builders about:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
• Estimates, job and project communications, and service notifications
• Customer support
• If you separately opt in, promotional or marketing offers

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can request an estimate and hire us without ever opting in.

C) Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — for example appointment confirmations and project updates.

D) Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send or receive.

E) Opt-out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed at that number.

F) Help and customer support. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Office@bhbuilders.us or (720) 980-3913.

G) Carriers and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will arrive. The program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, and carrier participation can change without notice.

H) Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to opt in.

I) Privacy. Your use of the mobile messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6) Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, our services, or our communications. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed construction contract — that document governs your project.

7) Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the effective date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the website or our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in Arapahoe County, Colorado, unless otherwise required by law.
