Who we are

BH Builders is a general contracting and remodeling company based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, led by our owner, DT. We build and remodel homes across the Denver metro — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, whole-home renovations and outdoor living — for homeowners who want the work done right the first time.

We're built deliberately different from the volume remodelers. You won't get handed from a salesperson to a project coordinator to a rotating cast of subcontractors. You get one accountable point of contact who knows your project inside out, a written price you approve before work begins, and a crew that treats your home the way we'd treat our own.

Our motto isn't a slogan we bought — it's how the work actually splits. Every project starts as somebody's dream: the kitchen where the whole family fits, the basement that becomes a teenager's world, the bathroom that feels like a hotel you never have to check out of. Our job is the second half — the craft that makes the dream stand up: level counters, waterproofing that never lets go, framing that's plumb, permits on record, joints you could set a level on a decade later.

Dreams get drawn on paper. They get built by hand. We hold both ends of that.

How we work

1. Straight answers first. We publish honest pricing ranges and give you real numbers at the walkthrough — not a teaser price that climbs later.
2. Everything in writing. Scope, price, timeline and payment schedule are written down before demolition day. Changes happen only through change orders you sign.
3. Permits, always. Every project that needs a permit gets one, filed by us, inspected by the city. It protects your safety and your home's value.
4. One point of contact. Questions get answered by someone who actually knows your project — the same person, all the way through.
5. Leave it clean. Dust barriers up during the work, broom-clean at the end of every day, spotless at the end of the job.

Licensed, insured & accountable

BH Builders carries insurance, coordinates required permits and uses licensed professionals for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work as Colorado law requires. We provide proof of insurance and the applicable trade credentials with your estimate; state-regulated trade licenses can be checked through Colorado DORA. General-contractor licensing is handled by the city or county issuing the project permit. We stand behind our work with a workmanship guarantee — if something we built isn't right, we make it right.

We're based at 6312 S Fiddlers Green Cir #300e in Greenwood Village and serve Denver, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Englewood, Lakewood and the surrounding Front Range.
