BH Builders takes the security and privacy of your personal information seriously. We do not trade, sell or rent your personally identifiable information. This policy explains what we collect when you use bhbuilders.us, why we collect it, how we use it, when we share it, and how you stay in control.

By using this website you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may revise this policy as the site develops; the effective date above always reflects the latest version.

What we collect

We ask for no more than what's needed to provide the service you asked for. What we hold depends almost entirely on how you choose to use the site.

• Information you give us. When you use our estimate form, cost calculators, permit tool or contact us, you may provide your name, mobile or landline phone number, email address, project address and details about your project.
• Text-messaging consent. If you tick the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we record that you opted in, the exact wording you agreed to, and when. We keep that record as proof of consent.
• What we never ask for here. This website does not take payments. We don't collect credit card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers through this site — if anyone asks you for those in our name online, it isn't us.

Anonymous & traffic data

Some information we collect doesn't identify you personally. Each time you visit, our servers and analytics record standard traffic data — IP address, browser and device type, referring site, pages requested and timestamps. We use it in aggregate to understand site usage, keep the site secure, and make it more useful. We see that "someone in Littleton read the basement page," not who you are.

Cookies (and no spyware)

We never install spyware on your computer, and we don't use spyware to recover information from your device. Like most websites, we use cookies — small files your browser stores — via Google Analytics (GA4) to distinguish visitors and measure usage. Most browsers accept cookies by default and let you block them; the site works fully without them. You can opt out with your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on. We don't run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Children

This website is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you're under 13, please use this site only with a parent or guardian and don't submit any personal information to us.

How we use your information

1. To respond to you. Contact details from forms are used to answer your inquiry and schedule your free estimate — that's why you sent them.
2. To text you, only if you asked us to. If you gave SMS consent, we use your mobile number as described in the SMS disclosure below.
3. To run your project. If you hire us, your information is used for scheduling, permits and project communication.
4. To improve and protect the site. Analytics tell us which pages help visitors; logs and spam prevention keep the forms usable by real homeowners.

What we share — and what we never do

We never sell your personal information. Full stop. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketers.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business — and they may only use it to provide services to us:

• Google Analytics (site usage measurement — see Cookies above).
• Our communications and messaging platforms, which deliver your inquiry to our team and send the texts you opted into.
• Our web hosting infrastructure, where form submissions are stored securely.

We may also disclose information if required by law, and lead details naturally become part of project records if you hire us.

SMS disclosure

If you opt in to receive SMS/MMS from BH Builders, we may send messages related to:

• Appointment scheduling and updates
• Estimates and project communications
• Customer support and service notifications
• If separately opted in, promotional or marketing messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers (subcontractors) who help us operate our business — for example customer support and communications platforms — but they may only use your information to provide services to us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and reply HELP for help. Full program terms are on our Terms of Service page.

Opt-out & correction

• Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us and you're unsubscribed at that number; you'll get one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call (720) 980-3913.
• Email: follow the unsubscribe instructions in any message we send, or just ask us.
• Access, correction or deletion: want to know what we hold from your submissions, fix it, or have it deleted? Call (720) 980-3913 or email Office@bhbuilders.us and ask — we'll handle it promptly.
• Analytics: use your browser settings or the Google opt-out add-on linked above.
• Colorado residents: the Colorado Privacy Act gives consumers rights over personal data held by larger businesses. Regardless of legal thresholds, we honor access, correction and deletion requests as a matter of policy.
