City-specific remodeling guides
Local remodeling starts with more than drive time. The age and construction of the home, the permit authority, inspection scheduling, zoning, neighborhood design review and typical project priorities all change across the Denver metro. Our published city guides give homeowners a useful starting point before the first walkthrough.

How BH Builders handles a local project
- Confirm the address and jurisdiction. Mailing city names do not always match the authority that issues the permit, so we verify the actual parcel first.
- Walk the home and listen. The estimate begins with the existing structure, your priorities and the way you want the space to work.
- Build a written scope. Required work, finish selections, allowances and options are separated so you can make an informed decision.
- Coordinate public and private review. We prepare city or county permits and, when applicable, the information an HOA or architectural committee needs.
- Construct through inspection. Required work remains visible until approval, and the project record is closed out at the finish.

Choose the guide that matches your project
A city guide explains the local setting; the service guide explains the work. Pair your community page with the detailed kitchen, bathroom, basement, addition, whole-home, deck, roofing, exterior or new-building page for design guidance, real photos and planning tools.

Don’t see your town on the list? If you’re anywhere in the greater Denver metro, call (720) 980-3913 — there’s a good chance we serve your area, and the estimate is always free.
A service area is not a list of city names to me. Every city has a different counter, a different inspection rhythm and a different kind of house. We do the homework before we arrive, because local is a standard of preparation—not a line on a map.DT · Owner, BH Builders
